This is not a cookie-cutter program, each program will be different based on a person's needs, lifestyle, and desires. I take pride in working with my clients to meet them where they are at while challenging them to make small improvements everyday to work toward their ultimate goal in our time together.
During our sessions, we will determine your health and wellness goals and formulate attainable action plans. I will support you by providing guidance, and encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word. We will work together for 6 months with the option to extend if the client feels it necessary and during the six months, we will meet 2x a month for 50 minutes each session.
