PROGRAM DESIGN
24 total workouts (3/week)
- shoulders, quads & core
- back/biceps, hamstrings & core
- chest/triceps, glutes & core
Week 1: introduction / deload week
Week 2-7: progressive overload (gradually increase weights & intensity to maximize strength gains & lean muscle mass)
Week 8: power (incorporate plyometrics & cardiovascular moves to increase the burn to reveal your hard work!)
