It all starts with a complimentary discovery call where we'll discuss your current diet, your goals & expectations, and any obstacles that you'll have to overcome to get there. We'll set new goals each week, and I'll provide the tools you need to help you make & measure progress!

It may sound a little vague, but that's because each individual has unique needs, so there is not a strict script or template - which is why I love this program so much!
