With Identity-Based Coaching, the focus is on designing who you are first, so what you do is simply second nature.
Over our session, we will explore goal setting to the now, creating a road map, dealing with obstacles and distractions, the tools for time management, and ways to reduce stress throughout the day.
It’s time to reshift your mindset and elevate the already amazing person you are. We will dive deep into three core areas of your life. The physical, mental, and social/environmental aspects of you. Additionally, we will work on goal setting, time management, and stress management. Additional resources will be provided after the session.
