It’s time to reshift your mindset and elevate the already amazing person you are. We will dive deep into three core areas of your life. The physical, mental, and social/environmental aspects of you. Additionally, we will work on goal setting, time management, and stress management.
This coaching program is a 12-week one-on-one session that lasts for 45 minutes or a 6-week 90-minute one-on-one session. Each session ends with a couple-minute grounding meditation since the sessions can be very emotional for clients, and I want to set you up for success for the rest of your day. Sessions can be done over the phone or via Zoom or Google Meetup call. Additional resources, workbooks, and masterclasses are included in the coaching fee.
