These symptoms can be experienced before, during, or after her period. Some women have hormone imbalances, which can cause very dramatic symptoms due to the hormones being out of balance. Other women experience hormone sensitivity, which occurs when their hormones are in balance, but their body reacts absolutely to normal fluctuations; this is what premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is.
Luckily, there are many alternative and natural interventions for hormone sensitivities and imbalances, and my job is to find the best approaches for you!
