I am a Naturopathic Doctor trained in Mind-Body medicine with extensive experience in the mental health arena, both personal and professional. I have personally tried many solutions to help manage my own and my patients' mental health and I'd love to share them with you!
My approach to mental health is a combination of a few different modalities. In this session, we will talk about your mental health journey and together we will decide on what works for YOU.

Oftentimes our mental health is tied to nutritional deficits and providing your body with the nutrients it needs to produce the appropriate "happy chemicals" can make a big difference!

With extensive training and experience in botanical medicine, I can help recommend specific formulations to help support your body's natural mood enhancers!
- Homeopathic recommendations
There are several remedies that can be recommended for mental health without a full homeopathy session.
