Please bring an open mind and a journal if you would like to write about your experience or jot down any notes.

It has been said that the difference between prayer and meditation is that prayer is talking to our Higher Power and meditation is listening for the answer. The 11th step is part of the design for living that is offered in many 12-step programs. It is something practiced and improved upon daily.
