Foremost in my approach is understanding each individual’s unique goals, values, and questions, before collaborating to work towards sustainable and enjoyable nutrition habits.
I earned a Master's in Nutritional Epidemiology from Harvard's School of Public Health and a Master's in Nutrition and Registered Dietitian credential from UNC's School of Public Health. I have worked at several hospitals and seen how nutrition can treat and prevent a broad range of health conditions and goals, from:
