Nutrition can support EVERY aspect of health and wellness. I am honored to help people to use something as significant a part of our everyday lives as food to do what matters most to them. Foremost in my approach is understanding each individual’s unique goals, values, and questions, before collaborating to work towards sustainable and enjoyable nutrition habits.

I earned a Master's in Nutritional Epidemiology from Harvard's School of Public Health and a Master's in Nutrition and Registered Dietitian credential from UNC's School of Public Health. I have worked at several hospitals and seen how nutrition can treat and prevent a broad range of health conditions and goals, from:

What to expect in a meeting: I first and foremost want to learn what you are hoping to gain from working with a dietitian, in addition to your pursuits across many aspects of life. We can discuss how you currently approach fueling, any questions you have, and types of changes you are considering, before discussing potential next steps, and eventually talking through your hands-on feedback.
