Nutrition can support EVERY aspect of health and wellness. I am honored to help people to use something as significant a part of our everyday lives as food to do what matters most to them. Foremost in my approach is understanding each individual’s unique goals, values, and questions, before collaborating to work towards sustainable and enjoyable nutrition habits.
I earned a Master's in Nutritional Epidemiology from Harvard's School of Public Health and a Master's in Nutrition and Registered Dietitian credential from UNC's School of Public Health. I have worked at several hospitals and seen how nutrition can treat and prevent a broad range of health conditions and goals, from:
*cardiovascular conditions
*food allergies & Celiac disease
*GI issues
*growth concerns
*high cholesterol
*high blood pressure
*injury & illness
*optimizing energy and focus
*type 2 diabetes
*type 1 diabetes
I love learning about each individual's values, goals, and questions, and throughout a collaborative process, work towards sustainable and enjoyable strategies to reach the goals that matter most. Nutrition can play a significant role in resolving nearly every health concern, and it is incredibly rewarding when nutrition brings someone to the best health and energy they have ever experienced.
While I am more than happy to meet once with anyone to answer questions, through a 6-session package, we can discuss and work towards several goals, all with your individual feedback, and I will also offer an individual grocery shopping and meal plan.
