On top of two nutrition degrees and my Registered Dietitian credential, I have years competing as a Division I and semi-professional track and field athlete, and training for and competing in the ultra multi-events, involving each event in track and field, has given me the opportunity to personally test nearly every fitness, exercise, and nutrition principle.

We can discuss how you currently approach fueling, any questions you have, and types of changes you are considering, before discussing potential next steps, and eventually talking through your hands-on feedback.
