On top of two nutrition degrees and my Registered Dietitian credential, I have years competing as a Division I and semi-professional track and field athlete, and training for and competing in the ultra multi-events, involving each event in track and field, has given me the opportunity to personally test nearly every sport and exercise nutrition principle.
