Nutrition is a tremendous tool to reach your potential in any pursuit and most especially when challenging yourself physically. For any type of physical activity athletic event, numerous nutrition strategies can be tailored to improve performance, increase energy, and decrease injury risk. On top of two nutrition degrees and my Registered Dietitian credential, I have years competing as a Division I and semi-professional track and field athlete, and training for and competing in the ultra multi-events, involving each event in track and field, has given me the opportunity to personally test nearly every sport and exercise nutrition principle.
I love learning about each individual's values, goals, and questions, and throughout a collaborative process, work towards sustainable and enjoyable strategies to reach the goals that matter most. It is incredibly rewarding when nutrition helps someone to reach a new height with their pursuit.
While I am more than happy to meet once with anyone to answer questions, through a 6-session package, we can discuss and work towards several goals, all with your individual feedback, and I will also offer an individual grocery shopping and meal plan.
