Techniques: We will also use a variety of techniques, such as releasing techniques, breathing exercises, meditation, and visualization, to help you relax, calm your mind, and focus on positive thoughts and images. Planning: We will then discuss how you can continue to use the techniques at home and create a plan for achieving your goals. Q&A: There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the session.
