I provide 1:1 coaching program focused on behavior coaching to woman that want to break up with diet culture, make peace with foods and achieve their goals without following restrictive meals plans.
We will not only focus on nutrition, we will also assess your sleeping habits, levels of stress and overall lifestyle choices that might be in the middle of you and your goals. Hey your life is not 100% only nutrition.
Initial Session is 60 minutes, the rest of the sessions are within 25-30 minutes.
We will be using the Practice better platform a HIPA protected website for video call and any intake forms needed.
