Food is often called

pūrṇabrahma it not only nourishes the body but
the mind and the Soul as well.

●Food energizes the mind. It’s sattvic
,rajasic, or tamasic Guṇas depend on the food we consume.

●Our strength, health, and life depend on agni, and agni
is constantly replenished by the food we eat. Eating balanced food is essential to
maintain
sama agni or a balanced agni.

●Strength, energy, mental clarity, radiance, immunity and sharpness of
the senses all depend on the food we eat.

●Unhealthy or inappropriate food choices can easily become the cause of several diseases. Eating the right foods can even reverse the disease process and serve as a treatment for the disease. Eating the right diet is critical to maintaining health and preventing disease.
●In Ayurveda, eating is not simply an act of filling the stomach but is
considered an important ritual.

Ayurveda describes many eating guidelines in detail. Learn all these in 3 sessions.
