Hypnotherapy sessions are a powerful way to improve your well-being and mental health because they allow you the ability to access the layer of the mind we don't have access to in our conscious, day-to-day life, the subconscious mind. Within the subconscious is our mental programming. Through hypnotherapy we can gain awareness of why we are thinking the way we do, as well as get access to the root causes, allowing us to begin creating new thinking patterns and begin healing.
My hypnotherapy sessions are completely tailored to you and your needs. They are a mixture of traditional hypnotherapy techniques and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), a specialized type of hypnotherapy. In these profound sessions, we will focus on discovering the root cause of your concerns that are stored in the subconscious part of your mind. These sessions typically last about 2 hours. We will work together to review moments from your past, reframe your beliefs to create new connections in the brain, and ultimately help guide you towards your future goals and making peace with your past. Afterward, you will be provided with a custom transformation recording made by me, specifically tailored and created for you to listen to for 21 days after your session to continue the reframing process. This step must not be skipped. It is an important part of the healing process.
Most people feel a noticeable difference after 1-3 hypnotherapy sessions, however, it is perfectly okay if you need more. I will be available after each session to support you via email in any way I can so please do not hesitate to ask me any questions after your sessions.

Important Reminder: I will only book a hypnotherapy session after we have done a free discovery call. This is so I know how to begin setting up the session for you, and to ensure your needs are within my scope of practice. A discovery call is similar to an intake. This is where I can answer any questions you may have before we book a session. It also allows me to get an idea of what we are working on for your session. These calls are usually about 15+ minutes long. All discovery calls and hypnotherapy sessions are done via Skype.
