What is this session about?
This hypnotic session is for anyone who just needs an escape. If you are not feeling your best, want to stay put yet get away at the same time, or simply want to imagine a place where your happiness lies, this hypnotic session is for you.
How will this work?
We will meet virtually and I will create a comfortable, trusting, safe space. This will help you feel more comfortable, relaxed, and ready to focus on the hypnotic session. You will then listen to the communication you receive until you are prompted to awaken from the hypnotic session.
Once the hypnotic session completes, you will have the option to simply exit or share whatever is important for you to share in that moment. I will not dictate or suggest what you should do upon waking. You will know what is right for you post-session.
Am I qualified to perform this work?
I am certified to perform hypnotherapy and have regularly hosted hypnosis-like sessions (e.g. guided meditations), and one-on-one hypnotherapeutic sessions. I have assisted clients with overcoming self-esteem and self-worth issues, reducing physical ailments and illnesses, e.g. lowering high blood pressure, stress and anxiety. I have even assisted clients with overcoming past-life trauma, hurt, pain, and increased clarity, understanding, and wisdom in relationships.
