What is this assessment about?
This is an initial assessment to determine the presenting problem, i.e. what primary thought, feeling, emotion, behavior, and/or action you may want to shift.
What is the flow of the assessment?
During the assessment, I will create a comfortable, trusting, safe space. This will help you feel more comfortable sharing what you may be experiencing.
We'll also take a deep dive to determine if any past events, triggers, or traumas manifested the presenting problem. Once we narrow down our focus, will we work on a plan to create positive change from within. During the meeting wrap-up, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions about hypnotherapy, the process, expectations, results and goal-setting.
Am I qualified to perform this work?
I am certified to perform hypnotherapy and have regularly hosted hypnosis-like sessions (e.g. guided meditations), and one-on-one hypnotherapeutic sessions. I have assisted clients with overcoming self-esteem and self-worth issues, reducing physical ailments and illnesses, e.g. lowering high blood pressure, stress and anxiety. I have even assisted clients with overcoming past-life trauma, hurt, pain, and increased clarity, understanding, and wisdom in relationships.
