With overactive mast cells, your body is likely reacting to lots of different foods and you are not able to pick any diet plan and tolerate all the foods on it. Just deciding what to eat feels like an impossible puzzle! Let's work together to solve the puzzle by making personalized lists of what foods you do tolerate, and which foods you tolerate in moderation (what I call threshold foods).

The first session is making your safe foods list. What are foods you tolerate consistently? We can also look at which foods you are allergic to or never tolerate well. That can give us some clues about what you are reacting to.
The following sessions will be working through foods that you have not tried or have had more minor reactions around but if it was unclear if it was the food or a reaction that was already happening around the time you ate the food. We will work together to figure out what your "threshold foods" are, and a basic idea of what that threshold is. Threshold foods are foods that you tolerate in smaller quantities or not all the time.
