This 10 session package teaches you about the 8 dimensions of wellness: Social, Emotional, Physical, Intellectual, Occupational, Spiritual, Financial, and Environmental. The first session is an overview of the dimensions of wellness, sessions 2-9 touch on each wellness dimension, and then session 10 will be all about you! You will have the opportunity to put together your wellness goals!
The first session discusses each dimension of wellness, what they are, and how they apply to you. The second through eighth sessions examine each dimension of wellness and we will talk about the importance of each dimension.
The final session will summarize the wellness dimensions and will have you examine what dimensions you want to work on, what dimensions you're doing well with, and how you want to balance them out.
