It's important to understand how to prepare these foods in a wholesome simple manner that provides the most nutritional benefits. I will cover the best ways to cook and prepare foods to receive these benefits. I will discuss the best times to eat heavy to light meals and how often to eat a day to have optimum health.

Together we will create a plant-based menu plan that works best for you and your health concerns to achieve optimum health. These health concerns may include but are not limited to: food allergies, diabetes, cholesterol issues, high blood pressure, cancer, cardiovascular health and more.

I will also cover how to read labels to avoid hidden forms of msg (monosodium glutamate, a neurotoxin). We will also uncover the top 5 food allergens and different ways to substitute them with other foods.
