Self-care can be challenging to prioritize in the midst of day to day schedules: life can throw a lot our way! Self-care also is totally unique to us all, it looks different from person to person. Defining what self-care looks like for YOU in action (and what it means for you day to day), can be a strategic way to prioritize the care you know you deserve. ♥
By talking through your ideal self-care strategies, habits and routines, we will define what actionable self care goals could look like for you and brainstorm new solutions to boost your self-care routines. Whether that’s including a morning meditation, adding in affirmations throughout the day, reaching out to your support system, or enjoying a beautiful morning outside.
During this session, we will discuss the elements of self-care that you’re feeling drawn to include more of or experiment with, while also talking through the current challenges that come along with it. You will walk away feeling more confident in your self-care routines, and possibly with some new ideas!
This 4 week coaching package includes the following:
- An initial 10 minute self-care presentation focused on the 6 pillars of self care
- Initial coaching session covering an assessment of your current strengths and challenges when it comes to self-care
- A safe space to ask questions and gain self awareness around your personal self-care planning
- (3) follow up coaching sessions to discuss personalized goals to support your self-care goals, while also celebrating the progress you’ve made!
- A vetted resource bundle that you can carry with you forever (delivered to you via your inbox on the WMR platform after our 1st session)
