In Modern for Mental Health participants will learn how to release both mental and physical tension out of the body through basic modern dance technique phrasing. Incorporating breathing techniques, kinesthetic awareness, and mobility exercises can also help maintain and train the body for better everyday functions. This particular class has been created for specifically for dancers of all age groups ranging from beginner to advanced level training. Starting with the same basic fundamentals of KONNECTED, dancers are instructed to further their understanding of the body from an anatomical approach along with their training.
