I have looked after pilots for some of the biggest airlines in the world, helping them with their health concerns and maintain their license to fly.
In this session we will look at the barriers to eating healthy while flying and staying in hotels, we will review the individuals health and the impact traveling and flying has had on their general health and then asses what we need to do to fix if any health issues, the session will be finished with a bespoke diet plan & supplement plan specific to the pilots needs, concerns, goals and health status.
Focus will be on
- Reducing / maintaining a healthy weight
- Controlling & regulating blood sugars
- Controlling & regulating cholesterol & lipids
- Reducing elevated Blood Pressure
- Optimising & assisting with the quality of sleep (also combating jet lag)
- Plan for maintaining hydration
In cases where pilots are keen athletes plans can be created for maximising performance while flying also.
