Eating is a big part of our lives and it comprehends a lot of emotions so why not learn about them?
In my years of experience as a nutritionist and healthcare physician, I've seen that patients have struggled with certain foods and eating as a whole, including myself.
In our sessions, we are going to learn about mindful eating by meditation and develop a healthy relationship with food and your body. Some of the topics we are going to explore are the time you dedicate to eating, how you feel before, during, and after it, the emotions some foods can provoke in you, etc.
Also, another important part of these sessions is the relationship with your body. I am going to teach you about meditations to thank the body and listen to it.
