What to expect in a meeting: This 60 minute session is designed to feel like a chat over coffee with a friend. The session will start with an easy conversation about where you are and where you'd like to be. We'll start to build a plan that fits your current lifestyle and dreams for living your best second half. The idea is to start small, create consistency without jumping right to extreme changes. I’ll let you guide the session. We can discuss fitness, health, nutrition and diet, relationships, goal setting, finding your passion in midlife, stress, sleep, and menopause symptoms . . . you are in the driver’s seat. My goal is to help you find solutions that fit with your life, align with your goals and values, and helps you feel your absolute best in this new season.
