I am passionate about health and enjoy helping people achieve their optimum state of wellness.
There was a time when I was considered obese. I personally developed a series of lifestyle changes which resulted in my losing 80 pounds. I have since maintained a healthy weight for several decades. I have been mentoring and coaching people who struggle with health and weight issues for the past 20 years.
I believe we all have the innate ability to create our health destiny. Working collaboratively with you, I will help you develop this ability through skills that build fortitude, confidence and self-efficacy.
My compassionate and holistic approach will help you discover a new way of eating, moving and living, creating a path to a more fulfilling and authentic life.
I have a Master’s Degree in community health and certifications in Social Work, Lifestyle Fitness Coaching and Personal Training.

My coaching will help you understand the barriers that are standing in your way of change. Additionally, we will discuss healthy eating and exercise strategies and build a sustainable way of eating, moving and living to help you work toward achieving a healthy weight that is right for you.
