My specialty as a holistic health coach is working with clients who are experiencing or heading toward burnout. One of the symptoms of burnout is low energy and that symptom alone can make it difficult to do so much of what we need to get done in a day - not only for work and life, but even our own self-care.
In my comprehensive 3-month program, we work holistically on increasing energy, covering stress management, nutrition, physical activity and sleep. In this 4-week mini-program, we focus on nutrition. - not just WHAT to eat for more energy, but also HOW to eat.
We'll look at what you're eating now, how much time you realistically have to cook at home (and how to introduce more home cooking via meal prep systems), and how to eat at restaurants. And I'll harness the power of the 5 Archetypes to help you over the hurdles that might have prevented you from making changes before.
The sessions will flow as follows:
1: We'll hone in on your personality archetype to get you past anything that's held you back from making changes to your diet in the past. We’ll look at what and how you’re currently eating, and we’ll create a plan that addresses your goals.
2: Fridge and pantry makeover, shopping list and how to read labels
3: Meal prep 101
4: Portions, the “how” of eating, and a blueprint for dining out, ordering in, and attending social events.
