Yoga Session to Manage A Very Cranky Back with Jane

Join me, a chronic back pain sufferer who learned to manage her constant back pain through specific yoga poses incorporating breath and specific poses. I have used these movements to manage three herniated discs, stenosis and arthritis. Let me guide you in these poses done with the synchronicity of the breath and you will experience amazing results. I discovered yoga through injury and want to share specifically how I really have managed my back pain. Over the years, I have had numerous back surgeries, procedures and have been written many prescriptions. These do help however; the chronic pain is what is so debilitating. Learning how to manage and get the pain to a reasonable level is what this class can show you. I am a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher along with being an American College of Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. I have been working in the health field for many years and have made health and wellness my mission.
