All that is there inside a spice case in an Indian kitchen consists of plentiful of health benefits. Spices also play a major role in curing diseases like, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, arthritis, cancer and AIDS.

I am Monica Adhikari registered dietitian (UK). I have done my Masters in Human Nutrition and worked as a pediatric dietitian for Great Ormond St Children’s Hospital for 10 years.
I have 15 years of experience in Clinical Nutrition.
I am also certified as functional medicine nutritionist from Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) USA.
I also have interest in Ayurveda and read lot of literature about it.
