Do you find yourself apologizing a lot for not following through?
Maybe it’s a promise you made to a friend/partner, a project assigned at work, or something that you personally desire but just can’t seem to make happen.
If you are tired of saying “I’m sorry” and would like to learn how to hold yourself accountable; then this session is for you!
I’ll share how to keep yourself on track and manage your commitments during these 3 sessions.
• Week 1; we’ll dive into the roadblocks you often encounter when trying to follow through on a commitment. You’ll come away with a clear understanding of what has been holding you back from getting things done!
• Week 2; we’ll discuss techniques for holding yourself accountable and how these skills can and will work for you. We’ll talk about the difference between over-committing and being realistic. And we’ll determine how you will measure success with follow-through.
• Week 3; we’ll assess your progress in learning to follow through on your commitments and determine what is your best approach going forward to ensure you don’t ever have to apologize again for not following through.
Josiah Stamp said it best, “It is easy to dodge our responsibilities, but we cannot dodge the consequences of dodging our responsibilities.” So, if you’d like to become one of those people that others can count on and believe in; let’s set up your sessions and make it happen!
