The ultimate source provides us with energy to live and breathe at our highest vibration and potential selves. I will guide you through any health concerns and work with you to create your ultimate food diet for your biochemical makeup.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, I can help better direct your path toward wellness through food! Think of this as a course, and you come to class to learn about your body and the functionalities of your anatomy.
We will dive into the body's systems, focusing on one system a session. i.e. (Digestive, Intestinal, Glandular, Nervous, etc.)

This will allow us to pinpoint any imbalances you may struggle with and learn to understand your symptoms and health concerns.

By learning how the body functions, you can know how to implement specific lifestyle changes and what foods to integrate into your diet to find balance and create harmony in your biochemical individuality.

By the end of the course, you will have a designed meal plan, a list of foods, and a complete understanding of what your Body, Mind and Spirit need to function optimally daily.
