Each session will cover the nutritional guidelines for each trimester of pregnancy. Topics covered will include protein and calorie goals, food safety precautions, how to deal with health problems (ie gestational diabetes), exercise tips, target weight gain for each trimester, stress management, and vitamin protocol.
RD can provide meal plans if desired. Time will be allotted for questions on topics that are not covered initially. Follow-ups can be scheduled if you need more than one session per trimester.
