At the beginning of the session, the RD will go through a questionnaire to tailor the session to your individual needs and preferences. The questionnaire will include health history (medical problems, medications), current supplement intake, short-term and long-term goals, food and nutrition questions (diet history, eating patterns, nutrition knowledge) and healthy habits (sleep, exercise, alcohol intake, stress management),etc.
She will provide information on various diets (Keto, vegan, intermittent fasting, vegetarian, paleo, low-carb) to find the best fit for you. A meal plan will be provided if desired as well as an individualized calorie goal and macro ranges. The goal of our meeting is to address your health goals and find a diet that will allow you to achieve those goals. A follow-up session can be scheduled if you desire frequent accountability and feedback to reach your goals!
