Let me help you figure out the best way for you to achieve your nutrition goals. If it is to have a leaner body, have more energy, build muscle, you name it I can help you achieve those goals. Over a 12 week time frame we will work together to find out what foods are best for your body.
The initial meeting will be 30 minutes. At this meeting we will review what your goals are, what your current habits are, and what you have done in the past to achieve your goals. I will then put together a plan designed specifically for you. This will include recommendations for both times and quantity of food to eat.
Each week we will meet for 15-20 minutes to discuss the week. During our follow up meetings we will review how the week went and decide what changes you should make.
At the end of the 12 weeks you will have learned about what habits work well for your life, what foods you enjoy eating and make you feel good, along with learning how to prepare you body for success.
