Six weeks to a new you! This is a comprehensive 6 week- program that gets your metabolism/ weight back on track. It includes an hour comprehensive appointment and 15 minute weekly check-in appointments, all the supplements, and detailed diet plan.
You need to have at least 20 pounds to lose for this comprehensive program, but if you have less than 20 pounds to lose, I can adjust the program to suit your specific health needs. I recommend having a scale and tape measure at home to check progress during the program.
Exercise is recommended during this program and I can recommend various activities to enhance your weight loss.
You can expect an average weight loss of 30-40 pound weight loss and 10-20 inches lost, depending on where you carry your weight. After the 6 weeks, if your desired weight is achieved, you can go on to the Maintenance phase program. If you decide to continue the program, you may need to reorder some of the supplements for an additional cost.
