Virtual Food Prep Session with Gina
Do you wish you were prepared with some healthy grab and go options for those busy days?
Together we will come up with a personalized plan to help you feel prepared with food that will nourish you and sustain your energy throughout the day.
During our first session we will decide upon a few simple recipes that fit with your personal health goals. You will receive an organized shopping list with the ingredients needed as well as all of the recipes for future use.
During our second session we will virtually prep (together) some healthy options so that you are set up for the week ahead!
