The practice of gratitude as a source of numerous benefits for mental and emotional health is well-known. However, practicing gratitude also has evidence-based physical benefits that many don't often realize or overlook.
This course is designed to offer education around the holistic benefits of gratitude, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, how to create a daily practice of gratitude that feels authentic and sustainable, and how to utilize this practice, not only in times of grief, sadness, overwhelm or fear, but also when faced with physical health challenges or merely to provide overall immune support.
To prepare for this course, please bring the following:
-your top 3 health/lifestyle goals (mental, emotional, spiritual, and/or physical)
-a journal dedicated to gratitude
-3 things for which you are grateful
-an open mind
