The United States Performance Center recently adopted a plant-based focus to aid competitive college and Olympic-bound athletes in optimizing performance and recovery time.
This course is designed to be a resource for up-leveling athletic performance with plant-based nutrition, for anyone from the competitive athlete to the weekend warrior. Learn how to maximize protein through plant-foods, improve recovery time after intense workouts, decrease oxidative stress, support muscle tissue, and increase stamina all through food, without counting calories.
