In this session we will do an exercise together that will uncover what area of your life needs to be nourished. Our bodies have unique ways of telling us that we need to focus on some serious self awareness. This can come in the form of fatigue, weight gain, or even aches and pains.
Often times, we are putting something on hold that we are actually craving to be able to do or have. Once we bring this to the surface, we will set goals and create an action plan to help you move toward whatever it is that brings you joy. Typically, when you focus on the well being of one area of your life, other areas will naturally follow in alignment.
Discovering what needs to be nourished allows us to take a bird’s-eye view of all the different areas that make up your life and make an honest assessment of exactly where each area of your life currently stands. These areas can range from relationships to career or even home cooking to creativity. One area may feel like you have it completely figured out, it flows beautifully in your schedule, and you feel ecstatic about what you have created. However, another area may not even be on your radar or it is currently causing you stress, heartache, etc.
