Over the years I have found the Tarot to be one of the most profound spiritual tools for healing and also quite a powerful psychological tool as well. The 78 cards of the tarot act as a gateway to the subconscious mind, helping to unblock the wounds/patterns/blocks etc. that may be holding us back from experiencing our most authentic and vibrant lives. Sometimes the Tarot will also validate for us what we already know consciously and that in and of itself can be profound. The cards will always tell you exactly what you need to hear, so I will write this next statement as a disclaimer: If you are not ready prepared to potentially "go there" , then maybe now is not the right time for you to have a reading. Or, you can book a discovery call with me to see if Tarot is the right fit for you.
The Tarot consists of 78 cards. It is broken into 2 parts: the Major Arcana (also known as the fool's journey), which consists of 22 cards and represent the bigger themes, cycles, lessons, and more profound moments in life. And then there is the Minor Arcana, which are the remaining 56 cards. These represent daily trials and tribulations and how we go about our lives as humans on this earth. I could go on and on explaining, so if you are new to Tarot and would like me to explain the system more in depth before booking a session, feel free to set up a 15 minute discovery call with me!
Each Tarot session is completely unique to the individual, but my best advice when preparing for your session is to come with an open mind and a specific topic that you would like to discuss, the cards will take over from there.
