1 on 1 Guided Mobility/Stretch Session with Stephanie

Aloha. My name is Stephanie David. I was born in Inglewood, California, and raised by my grandparents in the northern province of the Philippines. In short- I specialize in blending ancient and modern ways of knowing. I live on the big island of Hawaii and have a 10-year-old son.

My personal health journey began when I was misdiagnosed with ulcers in my stomach. What started as hives and welts, later evolved into a variety of doctors prescribing me the medicine I didn’t need, and ultimately learned that I have over +34 food allergies and intolerances. This information led me down the path of holistic health. I don’t believe there is one answer, rather- our recipe and daily habits must be simple, doable, and sustainable in order for everlasting results to fit.

I am a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, group trainer, and nationally qualified bodybuilder. I also have certifications in plant-based nutrition, stretch and mobility therapy, and thera-pressure. Alongside my fitness career, I am also a certified curriculum designer and specialize in indigenous education/ways of knowing and mind mapping. I have dedicated my life to education, health, and fitness for over 15 years. I specialize in working with perfectionists and busy moms/professionals and pride myself in helping my clients feel empowered with real, practical, manageable programs that they can do short and long-term. I also specialize in mind mapping, time management, meal prep, emotional eating, as well as mobility, and stretching.

This one-hour stretch/mobility session is designed to give you a specific routine to enhance and improve your mobility and flexibility. Other reasons clients select this option is to reduce stress, the transition from a sendenatry lifestyle to a more active one, recover from injury, address specific ailments, or simply because it is easier to stay accountable alongside a coach.

A standard session will start by reviewing your body, needs, and any injuries or changes to your body. From there, I will design a 15-20 min stretch/mobility routine that we will review together. Each stretch/mobility routine is customized toward your specific needs and each client will walk away with a recommended customized stretch/mobility routine and will be able to sign up for additional sessions to repeat their specific guided stretch session.
