There are many benefits to Intermittent fasting from weight loss to disease prevention but Intermittent fasting is not a one size fits all technique.

As an Intermittent Fasting Specialist I will partner with you to determine the correct fasting pattern for your specific body type, lifestyle and health goals.

As a society we have gotten into a pattern of eating too often. Humans used to follow the circadian rhythm. They ate in response to cycles of light and dark. We now eat in all hours of the the day. This creates inflammation in the body. The body systems are then not able to do the cleaning and processing functions they were meant to do and this leads to inflammation. This can cause diseases, lack of energy, mental fogginess and weight gain.

There are many ways to reduce consumption of food to give the body breaks from digestion and absorption of nutrients. It can be hard to know which one will be of greatest benefit. Often times a person will try one way , not have a great experience and decide fasting is not right for them. Men and women respond differently to fasting as do people of different body types.

As your fasting coach I will walk you through the process of what your best pattern of fasting could look like.

How does your unique body work? There are many facotors to consider when looking at fasting rhythms that would work best for you. Factors like age, metabolism, hormones, exercise routine, digestion, expectations, vales, priorities, job, community, family all impact what plan could be successful for you. With my education and experience I can help you navigate all of that.
