Nourishing mind-body-spirit begins with your plate, but it doesn’t end there.
Have you ever wondered what the Blue Zone diet, a Mediterranean diet, and a plant-based diet have in common? The key common denominators are plants, movement, and community.
This course is designed to be an introduction to healthy living. By understanding what your body needs, you can incorporate simple, sustainable change.
We will review your typical daily routines and food choices. We will discuss the intersection between what you eat, how you think, how you move, and how you interact with others. Then, we’ll discuss how those things impact your overall health. Learn to identify triggers of inflammation and naturally reduce that inflammation with evidence-based practices. You’ll also learn simple ways to measure your progress without counting calories, weighing food, or feeling deprived.
