This session is dedicated to getting to know you, your medical and mental health background, and your journey with nutrition and fitness. You have the opportunity to discuss any concerns, issues, goals, and targets when it comes to nutrition and general wellbeing.
What to expect during this session: we will be talking about everything around you, and formulate a plan on how it is best to make your goals achievable and applicable to your lifestyle. We will be following an indivudualised approach and touch base on factors such as medical conditions, family history, blood tests, weight and diet history, dietary preferences, food intolerances/deficiencies, and physical activity levels. Following the initial assessment, we will get to decide what kind of path to follow that will suit your needs best.
