We will review your nutrition history, daily patterns, and daily life to improve how you feel and give the best to your baby. What you do or do not eat in pregnancy changes everything about your baby. For a healthy, happy pregnancy and healthy, happy baby, your nutrition is key.
This session targets your health on all levels. By eating well, you will feel better. By eating well, the creation of your baby's body and all physical systems will be stronger and healthier. It is through your body that your baby's body grows and develops. Your eating habits will help with emotional stability, psychological stability, and support on all levels of being during one of the most impactful periods of both of your lives.
