Dietary Management for Autoimmune Disease with Sarah

Have you been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition? Are you looking to make dietary changes to manage your symptoms and reach remission? Maybe you have considered an AIP diet, but weren't sure how to start.

As an Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Certified Coach and someone living with an autoimmune disease I understand how challenging day to day life can be with an AI disease. Fortunately, there are numerous dietary approaches we can take to improve your quality of life.

In this 60 minute session, we will take a detailed look at your health history and discuss your primary health goals in managing your AI condition. From there, we will work together to formulate a dietary, supplement, and lifestyle strategy that seems manageable to you.

This strategy will likely include:
- The elimination of one or more foods and/or food groups known to be problematic for AI suffers, like yourself.
- Possible supplement recommendations when appropriate based on your bio-individual needs.
- Lifestyle recommendations, such as short walks, stress management, and the elimination of toxic substances

Due to the nature of AI conditions, it is recommended that you book a follow up appointment within 2 weeks of this appointment (please see my other listings).

Healing from autoimmunity can take a significant amount of time. While I truly wish one session could completely restore you to optimal health, it is likely that this process will take longer and additional eliminations or changes to your supplement protocol will need to be made. Moreover, the AIP diet focuses on eliminations followed by reintroductions... we want you to be able to eat as many healing foods as possible! Therefore, it is recommended you continue to work with a practitioner who is trained to guide you through the process.
