Aloha. My name is Stephanie David. I was born in Inglewood, California, and raised by my grandparents in the northern province of the Philippines. In short- I specialize in blending ancient and modern ways of knowing. I live on the big island of Hawaii and have a 10-year-old son.
My personal health journey began when I was misdiagnosed with ulcers in my stomach. What started as hives and welts, later evolved into a variety of doctors prescribing me the medicine I didn’t need, and ultimately learned that I have over +34 food allergies and intolerances. This information led me down the path of holistic health. I don’t believe there is one answer, rather- our recipe and daily habits must be simple, doable, and sustainable in order for everlasting results to fit.
I am a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, group trainer, and nationally qualified bodybuilder. I also have certifications in plant-based nutrition, stretch and mobility therapy, and therapressure. Alongside my fitness career, I am also a certified curriculum designer and specialize in indigenous education/ways of knowing and mind mapping. I have dedicated my life to education, health, and fitness for over 15 years.
This one-hour session is designed to give you a plan. A real-life plan you can start today. The place will give you specific directions and 3 to 5 actionable items to get your holistic health session started. This session includes a practical and holistic approach that includes mapping your schedule, and talking about food, movement, sleep as well as stress. I specialize in working with perfectionists and busy moms/professionals and pride myself in helping my clients feel empowered with real, practical, manageable plans that they can do short and long term.
