Hypnosis for Weight Loss is a multi-series program of six sessions for $155 per session. Your first session will be a consult to attain a full health history, goals, and suggestibility assessment to individualize your program specifically for you.
You will learn stress-management tools to use at any time, along with a pre-sleep self-hypnosis.
You will also be required to keep a food diary each week of your program to ensure your greatest success. It is recommended that you schedule your sessions each week for best results.
Expect your first appointment to take up to two hours. Each session thereafter will be 60-90 minutes.
